Baby Safety Monitors

Hi Guys,

Im Mike the Author of this blog. Just thought you should know more about me.

Im a 30 something married New Zealand man living in London and doing research and testing of Baby Monitors (the technical name is Baby Safety Monitor – hence the blog name).

My particular interest into Digital Baby monitors stems from a number of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (Cot Death) cases both in my immediate family and my friends.

So I thought with all the work Ive done researching these monitors (many being the best way to monitor for SIDs) I might as well share my background knowledge into Baby Monitor technology with you.

By the way I might as well be up front, if you buy a baby safety monitor through my blog here I am receiving a small cut of this. Sadly its just enough to pay for my costs of running the blog but none-the-less I thought you should know.

I have an electronics background and I have been researching and doing diagnostics into gadgets for years. I have some contacts in a few consumer rights organisations and I intend to use these to bring to you both the best and worst of Baby Safety Monitors.
